I haven’t lived as long as adults have.
I have nothing but my bike and red hat.
A smile, a laugh and you in my heart
as well as my baseball bat.
The times we laughed and the times that we cried.
No matter what, you were there by my side.
I thought the two of us were just friends
but I hid my feelings inside
We had a long journey, filled to the brim with fun and hardship, the time flew so fast.
Though we’ve now returned to our homes the moments still seem to last Don’t forget me,
if you’re lonely listen to my heart and know that we’re far apart, but the time we spent together is still there and we don’t need to cry or worry cause the Earth is our provider.
Even if we’re broken apart, we’ll still be bound together…
